Comptec makes custom molded epoxy insulators for high voltage, medium voltage and low voltage applications. We can manufacture both in small and large quantities. All of our molded electrical insulator components are custom manufactured for specific applications. We can support customers with engineering and design assistance and/or produce your molded electrical insulator products using your supplied product drawings. Our custom epoxy formulations are engineered to produce the best overall and highest-quality product for our customers. Our molded epoxy production capabilities include molding shapes and incorporating all conductors with pressure tight seals. Our molded epoxy products are manufactured at a low tooling cost compared to compression or injection molds.
